The location of this place is perfect, being close to the Royal Liverpool golf course, and we received a warm welcome from the owner.

This apartment had excellent price, we had a separate bedroom. A TV, a couch and a comfortable sofa were handy. Loved a bathtub in bathroom. It was protected with smoke detectors...

Nothing it was perfect. It met the purpose.

The location is magnificent, right next to the beach, city center, and promenade. Everything is brand new and exceeded our high expectations. I 100% recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Pipers & Mere Hoylake The Waves. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The living room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the clear arrival instructions and the convenience of having good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite a hot shower issue and the lack of an upstairs toilet, the overall experience was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Pipers & Mere Hoylake The Waves was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by how clean and spacious the rooms were, providing ample space for our family. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the promenade, high street, and other surrounding towns easily accessible. The owners were also very responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Hoylake.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, they did not significantly impact our stay. The nearby roads for parking can be busy, requiring a short walk to the entrance.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding and the room was absolutely lovely. The location was perfect, close to the promenade and high street, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall it was still a great stay.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and made our Christmas stay a truly memorable one. They took great care of us and the apartment was stunning. We loved being just a short walk away from the beautiful beach.

Although the apartment was spacious, we found the layout a bit inconvenient. the steep stairs to the bedrooms were not ideal, especially for young children or elderly guests.

The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and local amenities, making it a great spot for exploring the area. the spacious lounge-dining room is tastefully furnished and provides a comfortable space to relax. the bedrooms offer lovely, big beds that guarantee a good night's sleep.

The steep stairs in the apartment can be challenging for those with mobility issues.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Waves. From start to finish, everything was perfect. the directions provided by the host were crystal clear and made it easy for us to find the property and retrieve the key. the apartment itself was stunning, with a huge and stylish living room that was light and airy. the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like having milk in the fridge and biscuits. the bedrooms on the top floor were beautiful and the entire apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable, and warm. the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the seafront and with plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs within walking distance.
